How do you ensure proper training for your employees in this advisory role?
“With us, everything revolves around providing quick and targeted advice based on our clients' figures. We are fortunate to form a close-knit team, which allows us to switch easily and quickly. Has someone got a question? We are always ready to help each other! It's a matter of doing and learning; by collaborating and supporting each other, we continually improve in what we do. This way, our employees continue to grow in their (advisory) role,” Jef explains.

In the coming months, we want to take it a step further by sharing interim figures with our clients and using Bizzcontrol as our co-pilot during client conversations. This not only helps us gather valuable feedback, but also enhances the quality of our advice.”
“And of course, we want to make Bizzcontrol a habit! The capabilities of the tool are endless, and we cannot wait to discover even more ways to integrate it into our daily work,” Kim adds.
