Within Bizzcontrol, we tolerate no form of misconduct or violations of legal rules, internal rules, policies, or ethical standards, such as bullying, harassment, discrimination, corruption, money laundering, or any other financial fraud. We will make every effort to ensure a safe, healthy, and lawful environment in all our business activities and legal entities.
Bizzcontrol will comply with all applicable laws and regulations and act ethically and socially responsibly. Violations of local and/or EU/EEA legislation may result in disciplinary actions, including termination/dismissal and reporting to the relevant authorities.
The 'Visma Whistleblowing Channel' is a tool that allows any suspected violation of local and/or EU/EEA legislation, both within and outside Bizzcontrol or other Visma entities, to be reported anonymously. It facilitates confidential communication between the reporter and the case handler.
Visma Whistleblowing complies with the EU Whistleblower directive (Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law) and the regulations regarding whistleblowing in the WEA (local legislation on work environment and protection). In some jurisdictions, Visma is also required to have a specific whistleblower system because it is licensed by local financial supervisory authorities.
You can access the Visma Whistleblowing Channel through the following link: Visma Whistleblowing Channel.
Here, you can (anonymously) report a breach or a potential breach of local or EU/EEA legislation or Bizzcontrol's internal rules/policies.
