Since the end of 2021, Aviso+ has been part of the Bizzcontrol family. Together with a team of 12 enthusiasts, An Jacobs and Jan Weltens support their clients in their business operations. As the dedicated customer success manager, Kerensa spoke with An to hear how they have experienced their collaboration with Bizzcontrol so far.
An, let's start from the beginning. How did you experience the implementation of Bizzcontrol?
Quick, flexible, and very personal! During the onboarding, the platform was 100% ready for us, including the direct link to our files. We received an online login and could immediately dive into our files. Thanks to the great ease of use, we were able to get started right after this first session!
Great to hear! We are now more than a year later; how do you rate the support so far?
I can say that Bizzcontrol is the only software provider that proactively reaches out to us to see if they can assist with anything. You ensure excellent follow-up, and new features are explained in a timely manner.
How do you implement Bizzcontrol in the advisory services provided to your clients?
We use Bizzcontrol in two areas. On the one hand internally, to see changes in files more quickly thanks to the central office dashboard with automatic triggers. On the other hand externally, to increase the added value towards our clients thanks to the comprehensible management reports, the simple annual forecasts, and the powerful analysis modules. For a client meeting, I need much less preparation than before. Thanks to my knowledge of the file and the strong visual representation of the figures in Bizzcontrol, I can dive directly into the file and uncover insights together with our clients. The figures become much more tangible for our clients. During a meeting, we also no longer need to switch software packages; with Bizzcontrol, we provide an answer to almost all questions!
What do you consider to be the most important advantages of a tool like Bizzcontrol?
Bizzcontrol is extremely user-friendly, the entry barrier is very low, yet we are provided with a vast array of possibilities to offer our clients real-time insights into their figures! This also makes me feel more empowered and comfortable to support rapidly growing businesses, as these clients regularly (and proactively) seek updates about their company. Thanks to Bizzcontrol, I achieve this in a very efficient manner.
One final question: what tip(s) would you give to other firms that want to focus on providing proactive advice to their clients?
An important tip: don't overcomplicate things! An analysis from Bizzcontrol often seems very simple to us, as accountants, but for many clients, it is already extremely valuable! Even without in-depth analyses, you can truly help your clients move forward and give them the rightful feeling that we genuinely care about their business. This way, you create more gratitude from your clients, which leads to less stress for us and the feeling that we truly have everything under control!
