We visited the office of Doomen & Quist.

Digitalization for the office of Doomen & Quist is not a buzzword but a core value. However, one crucial puzzle piece had been missing for years: a tool that converts figures into usable analyses. Since the implementation of Bizzcontrol, that gap has been filled. "The dashboard and forecasts provide our clients with the insight they have been seeking for so long," Koen Doomen explains.

From history to innovation

The story of Doomen & Quist starts with Koen's father under the name Doomen Total Advice. In 2008, Koen joined as a partner, and in 2014 a merger with Dennis Quist's office followed. Since then, an innovative wind has blown through the office, with a strong focus on efficiency.


"Digitalization makes our work easier, but the most important thing is that you can engage your clients more in their own development," Koen explains. "Over the years, we lacked the tools to make those in-depth analyses. Until we encountered Bizzcontrol."

A seamless transition

Even though hundreds of administrations needed to be migrated, the process went remarkably smoothly. The team quickly adopted the new approach, partly because the majority of the folders were automatically recognized correctly.

From looking back to looking forward

For the clients of Doomen & Quist, the change is noticeable. Where the annual conversation used to be mainly a look back at the past, the focus is now on the future. Sjors van de Lindeloof, a client for 11 years at the office, notices the difference:

"We used to look back once a year." With Bizzcontrol, we have made the transition to the front: where are we going? We now work with forecasts and I have more levers to adjust. "It gives me as an entrepreneur much more control and insight."

More intensive client contact

The result of the collaboration between Bizzcontrol and Doomen & Quist is not only a more beautiful dashboard but, more importantly, a stronger partnership. Koen: 

"We now have more frequent contact with our clients. We schedule moments to test the realization against forecasts and the previous year. "That brings us a lot, but the client themselves even more."
