We spoke with Fatih, founder of Linc, about the evolution from a traditional firm to the advisory firm of the future. In this conversation, he explains how Bizzcontrol is not just a tool, but a strategic partner that helps shape his vision.
Fatih, how would you describe Linc's vision on providing advice?
“The traditional accountant of the past is outdated,” begins Fatih. “Back then, the client would bring in documents, legal obligations were handled, and that was it. Today, we go beyond that! We optimize our internal organization so that we can work faster, smarter, and more consistently. That's why we structure everything into clear processes and fully embrace digitization.”
He smiles: “When your processes are in order, you create space for genuine advisory services. We want to thoroughly delve into the vision and figures of our clients to reach valuable insights. Our ambition is for our employees to evolve into true data analysts.
As of today, about 70% of their work still consists of input tasks, but we want to reduce that to 25%. This gives us room for quality, interpretation, and advice. Digitization, through tools like Yuki for our accounting and Bizzcontrol for advisory services, is the way to make that happen.”
How do your employees respond to this development?
“They are actively engaged in retraining and upgrading skills,” says Fatih enthusiastically. “We are investing in training; both to elevate technical knowledge to a higher level, but primarily to further integrate soft skills such as empathy and assertiveness into our daily operations. Additionally, we are teaching our employees to practically work with Bizzcontrol, together with our Customer Success Manager, Layla. Our goal is to draft a concrete action plan, so that we have a clear way of working.”
“Today, I still personally conduct most of the client meetings, but we are building a fixed structure so that everyone can do it soon. And we’re achieving results: we are currently at almost 60% automation and aim to reach 75% by the end of this year. For that purpose, we have even dedicated a full-time person to digitization, someone with experience in accountancy and audit. That makes a world of difference,” says Fatih.
Bizzcontrol clearly plays a significant role in this. How has the tool specifically helped you so far?
“Especially in terms of reporting,” Fatih says. “We used Bizzcontrol too sparingly in the past. In 2025, we took the time to implement the sharing of interim figures, and the feedback we received is downright positive.”
“We also conduct discussions with clients in Bizzcontrol now, instead of in the accounting package. It not only looks more professional, but it's also much more organized. For my employees, it's moreover a support, providing structure and insight, far more than an accounting package,” concludes Fatih.
You mentioned reporting, how exactly do you utilize the report generator?
Fatih: “In the past, we hardly shared interim figures. We primarily worked reactively: only when the client requested something did we take action. But that is now a thing of the past. For us, the report generator is truly a key to change,” says Fatih.

In an ideal world, our employees spend as little time as possible on accounting work, which we continually optimize through automation, and as much time as possible on advising.”

It’s a significant change, but everyone feels it’s the right direction. That’s why we are fully investing in reskilling: our people need to enhance their competencies to take on that role,” Fatih adds.
