The role?

The core of your job is to guide accounting firms in integrating Bizzcontrol into their internal operations. You act as a trusted advisor and guide your clients through the platform. Together with the client, you think about ways to maximize the added value of Bizzcontrol. You build a close relationship with the firms you guide and ensure that, thanks to Bizzcontrol, they can advise their clients even better.  

You get a lot of energy from helping people and succeed in conveying complex matters in an understandable way, so that accountants become familiar with Bizzcontrol in no time.  

You are able to understand the needs of accounting firms and communicate these with the internal product team so we can continuously optimize our platform. Additionally, you collaborate with other teams (marketing, development,…) to make our go-to-market and product even stronger.

Who are we looking for?

• You have experience in a customer-oriented role, ideally in a SaaS environment within the software and/or accounting sector

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree. Additionally, it is important that you are eager to learn and possess strong analytical thinking skills 

• You have a financial foundation, or you are willing to quickly delve into it (so that terms like EBITDA, working capital, cash flow, ... soon become part of your basic vocabulary)

• You are mature & dare to use your assertiveness professionally to get an external team on board and enthusiastic

• You succeed in presenting complex matters in a comprehensible way

• You enjoy autonomy & feel responsible for your own results. You possess strong communication skills and the team can always count on you
