The Role?
In this role, you will combine building strong customer relationships with a clear commercial focus.
You guide accounting firms in integrating Bizzcontrol into their internal processes. You act as a confidant, familiarize your customers with the platform, and brainstorm ways to maximize the added value of Bizzcontrol. You build a close relationship with the firms you guide, ensuring they can advise their clients even better, thanks to Bizzcontrol.
In addition, you have a sharp commercial eye. You identify growth opportunities with existing clients and naturally translate them into concrete actions. You also keep an eye out for new market opportunities: you notice where Bizzcontrol can add value, reach out to potential clients, and work closely with our Sales colleagues.
You derive a lot of energy from helping people and succeed in conveying complex subjects in an understandable way, allowing accountants to quickly become familiar with Bizzcontrol.
You are capable of understanding the needs of accounting firms and communicating them with the internal product team to continuously optimize our platform. You also collaborate with other teams (marketing, development,...) to further strengthen our go-to-market strategy and our product.
Who Are We Looking For?

You have experience in a customer-oriented role, preferably in the accountancy sector
Financial concepts such as EBITDA, working capital, cash flow,... are part of your basic vocabulary
Experience in a SaaS environment? A strong plus!
You have demonstrable commercial experience
You hold a bachelor's or master's degree. Additionally, it's important that you are eager to learn and possess strong analytical thinking skills
You dare to use your assertiveness in a professional manner to get an external team on board and to enthuse them
You succeed in explaining complex subjects in an understandable way
You love autonomy & feel responsible for your own results. You possess strong communication skills and the team can rely on you as well
